Kaleidoscope
it’s been awhile since I just sat and drew without worrying about the outcome. It actually happened by accident. I downloaded some new brushes and decided to try them out. So I just started sketching with the intention of just messing around. Then I actually had fun so I just kept going. More than I’ve done in a very long time. Maybe now I’ll actually start posting some damn art.
I was inspired by this concept by nilaffle. Of course, my conclusion was to remove her clothes. Cuz drawing naked people is always fun.

Wait, what the what? I’m posting art? I know, I’m shocked too. It felt really good to do something traditional instead of digital for once. It’s been awhile. Anyway, I did this for my grandmother’s birthday. It’s a closeup view of a dahlia. Sort of a companion piece to another one I did for her for this past Christmas.
It’s the Year of the Dragon this year! To celebrate, crochet your own fire-breathing cuties in a rainbow of colours for yourself or for your friends!
I need to learn how to crochet just for the sake of making this. o_o
